R & D Potency With 11 years industry expertise and a strong team with over 10 skilled engineers, We are capable to carry out all production process in house - industrial design, tooling, molding, PCB assembly and housing development, which is definitely time saving for you to respond the market. State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Discovery has a state-of-the-art factory with 6 SMT assembly lines certified by ISO9001:2000. To ensure Discovery to manufacture high quality products, production is conducted according to strict quality standards. Quality Assurance Quality control is carried out by 20 inspectors by using equipments from the US and Japan. All raw materials are inspected to meet RoHS standards before production. Our long-term, strategic, stable partnerships with key component suppliers ensure our product quality and reliability. Four inspection stages during production and a final product testing prior to packing ensure our low defective percentage as 0.2%.
